What is the standard delivery timeframe for furniture?
Most in-stock items are processed within 2-3 business days. Large furniture pieces typically arrive within 7-14 business days via our specialized white-glove delivery partners.
Do you offer a trial period for mattresses?
Yes, we offer a 100-night sleep trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your mattress after a 30-day break-in period, you can exchange it or return it for a full refund.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log into your Bedrooms Plus account to view real-time updates on your shipment.
What is your return policy for bedding and linens?
For hygiene reasons, bedding and linens must be returned in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of purchase to qualify for a refund.
Do your products come with a warranty?
All our bed frames and furniture pieces come with a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty covering structural defects and craftsmanship.
Is assembly included with furniture delivery?
We offer optional professional assembly services for an additional fee at checkout. If selected, our team will set up your furniture and remove all packaging materials.
